Looking ahead, my mission for the next year is clear: to empower leaders to invest in their own growth. Too often, we give everything to our teams but forget to strengthen our own leadership muscles. Coach to ALIGN is designed to help leaders flex their personalities, build stronger connections, identify next steps, and inspire real commitment from their employees.
Because leadership is about connection, I’m also expanding the reach of Coach to ALIGN: Building Empowered Teams Together by translating it into French, German, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Hindi, and Chinese as well as both English and Spanish Audiobooks.
By breaking language barriers, we’re opening doors for leaders who once only dreamed of accessing these tools. Now, they’ll have the opportunity to connect more deeply with their teams, lead with empathy, and create lasting change in their organizations.
